Noida: The UP bureau has endorsed development of a joint wander organization to construct proposed air terminal at Jewar and given its last gesture to the venture.
Authorities said the organization, Noida International Airport Limited, has been framed with stakes from UP government, Noida Authority, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) and Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.
While the UP government and Noida Authority will have 37.5% stakes each in the organization, GNIDA and YEIDA will have 12.5% each.
"The bureau has affirmed the fuse of a joint wander organization between the three experts and UP government," a letter from Surya Pal Gangwar, exceptional secretary in the common flight office, to the three experts on Tuesday states.
